Data We Collect
Full name, email address, and phone number, provided when you submit a project brief, create a Client Dashboard account, or contact us. If you make a payment, PayFast processes your payment details directly — Avante never receives or stores your card or bank account information.
How We Use It
To deliver and communicate about our services (building your site, project status updates, retainer billing), and to operate account features like referral/promo tracking.
Who We Share It With
Only the service providers that help us operate — Supabase (database/hosting), Resend (transactional email delivery), and PayFast (payment processing). We do not sell your information to third parties or use it for advertising.
Your Rights (POPIA)
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe your information has been mishandled.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal/tax obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
